The Plattner family has farmed the three hectares of vineyard on the sunny slopes on the basin around Bozen for 3 generations, and using organic methods for 2 generations! The Plattner family sows grass, flowers and herbs between the vines so that a variety of plants may grow. Besides this, the health of the fruit is encouraged in a natural manner by means of careful pruning and reduction of the number of grapes. It is quality that counts here! Their motto: 'Less is more'! In this case, the 'more' part has a wonderful scent and taste … and can be felt somehow.
