… for the organic apple juice from Burghof farm in Latsch. If it were a wine, we‘d be speaking about a cuvee. The different varieties from our plantation at ‘Tarscher Sonnenhügel’, produced to strict Bioland criteria, result in a full and aromatic taste. These special cuveés contain part blackcurrant or apricot juices: an extra dose of wholesome taste! The single-variety bottles made from Kanzi, Fuji or Golden Delicious apples, which feature aromas ranging from delicately acidic to sweet, are a new addition.
