Dry construction, clay walls, wall heating, mains-free switch, rotatable beds with straw mattresses, furnishings in black alder, larch and arolla pine wood: the Steiner family could consider converting and extending their property no other way. Vitalised water according the Grander technology in all areas, toilet flushing and garden irrigation from a rainwater tank, guaranteed ecological electricity, natural cleaning products, organic bed linen…and of course organic food freshly cooked daily using own their produce or produce sourced from the surrounding area. In 2002, Hotel Panorama in Mals was the first organic hotel in the area. Since then, sustainability and respect for nature has emanated from every corner.

Offers: holidays in organic hotels, organic cuisine with own farm and local products. Diet cuisine (vegetarian, gluten-free on request too, vegan, for allergy-sufferers), vegetable and herb garden (70 different herbs), seminar room (for 25 persons)
